HOW DOES INDIVIDUAL COACHING WORK?

My coaching practice is grounded in the Columbia Coaching Certification Programme (3CP) methodology where I leverage multidisciplinary resources, coaching assessments, best practices and research. I base my coaching practice on theories of adult learning, leadership, positive psychology and organizational development.

My coaching is rooted in the 3CP Model which encourages individuals to focus on context, content and conduct.

Context

During this initial phase, we will arrive at the core of your story, discover what defines your current context and what you would like to achieve in this coaching journey. We will focus on gaining clarity on where you want to be and what support you need to get there.

Content

With active exploration, the content phase of your coaching journey will offer perspective on what is meaningful to you. I will help you work through different possibilities as we co-create a plan to test what is possible in an acceptable timeframe and with the resources you have available.

Conduct

Throughout this phase, you are learning from experience and will gain insight into what works for you and what doesn’t. I will support you in expanding your comfort zone as we continue practicing and working to integrate your skills and mindset into new areas of your life.
